Free Trace Adkins Tickets? That’s No Bull!
Do you feel the allure of manure? Are you crazy about cowpies? Granted, this contest isn’t for everyone but two lucky teams will score free tickets to see Trace Adkins on August 11th (not to mention fame and prestige)!
We’re looking for two teams to be our designated “Diamond Jubilee Cattle Drive Dung Division.” What does that entail? Walking behind our cattle drive on its trek from downtown Santa Rosa to the fairgrounds on Sunday, August 7th and picking up the poop, of course!
So what do you need to do to win a coveted spot in the “Dung Division?” All you need to do is get together a team of up to four people, come up with a name, a theme, maybe a costume or two, and decorate your pooper scoopers! LIVE competitions will be held at the PCRA Rodeo halftime on July 29th and 30th.
You must provide your own shovels and containers (buckets, wagons, wheelbarrows, etc…), decorated, of course. Winners will be determined by a combination of audience applause and judges’ scores. The more outlandish and wild the costumes and performance, the better!
Two teams will win (one each night) and be awarded an official place in the 2011 Cattle Drive Dung Division! (Winning teams must be available to work the Cattle Drive event on August 7th, 10am start). Along with the fame and the glory, each team member will get a free ticket to Trace Adkins!
